Behavior

Hollow Knight Overlords are one of the many Hollow Knight varieties. As with all Hollow Knights, it only appears at night and in this case only on crystal type islands.

Combat and Tactics

This enemy has only one attack pattern. Upon sight, it will walk towards the player. Once it gets close enough, it will launch a magical ball of slow moving light energy. The ball of energy will home in on the player but cannot effectively turn fast enough to match the agility of the player. It bend towards you but it can be avoided by constantly moving. His light ball have a charge effect, the more damage he suffer, bigger, stronger and slower it becomes. If the ball explodes near him he will be healed.

The Hollow Knight Overlord can frequently be found on crystal islands at night. It is not specifically credited on the monster summary page of an island but can be see on these:

• The Motherlode
