Quest Giver found on the island that has the The Pillars and their Temple event. He will ask the player to open (destroy) a small box (see below), collect its Kolemis Tesseract and use.

He will be in his shack (see below) that spawned on a random island after the start of The Pillars and their Temple event. Due to a bug, Metafis may or may not spawn.
