This is one of the 1 hour events, more specific: a Chest event. You need to find a chest and open it.
This event can't be manually activated, but you can speed up the waiting process by completing the other 1 hour long events.
Tips[ | ]
The chest will have a Torch next to it, so it may be easier to find at night.
The chest may spawn on a Derelict Island, you can destroy those so it can't happen again.

Trivia[ | ]
There is an issue with this event where it can complete when you enter the island or are walking around. That happens because something caused the destruction of the chest. If you are lucky (and fast) enough it's still possible to find the items.
If you left the island after the event ended the Chest will be gone, whether you opened it or not.
